Thank you for choosing our handmade pet furniture! We truly appreciate your support and want to ensure you're fully informed about our refund policy.

1. Order Status: Within 24 Hours of Placement  

- You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, no questions asked.

2. Order Status: After 24 Hours but Not Yet Shipped

- As each item from WhimzyPet is handmade, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. If you request a refund after 24 hours but before your order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

3. Order Status: In Transit or Delivered

- Once your order is in transit or has been delivered, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. This policy is in place to maintain health and hygiene standards for our furry friends. Pets definitely wouldn’t want to use furniture that another pet has already used. We appreciate your understanding!

4. Lost Items During Shipping

- If your order is lost during shipping, you may choose between a replacement or a 50% refund.

Important Notes

  • All custom orders are final sale.
  • Please verify all order details before submitting, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
