Plus, we offer a "design your own" service, that is, Custom Order. We can create anything you and your pet would love, using wood or rattan. Just contact us!

All our products are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials, and we test everything to make sure it meets high safety standards.

What is rattan?

Rattan is a type of climbing palm plant that grows in tropical regions. It's a natural material that's strong and flexible, making it perfect for furniture.

There are two main types of rattan:
Natural Rattan: This is the real deal! It comes from trees, is really durable, and tends to be more expensive.
Synthetic Rattan: This is made from plastic. It’s more affordable, but less durable, and not environmentally friendly.

We use 100% natural rattan to make our pet furniture. They deserve the best!

What’s the difference between rattan and wicker?

Rattan is a type of natural material that comes from a climbing palm plant.

Wicker, isn’t a material—it's a weaving technique used to create furniture and other items.

So, rattan is the material, and wicker is the style!

Can I add or change something to the pet furniture design, like the color or size?

Yes, of course. Just click on "Design Your Own" and follow the steps.

How long does it take to get an order?

Typically, it takes about 30-45 days to get our handcrafted products.

Here’s a quick breakdown:
Completion Time: 7-15 business days (for hand-making the pet furniture);
Shipping Time: 15-30 days (depending on your location)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping to most locations across the U.S.
