How to Customize Your Pet Furniture
1. Choose Your Model
You can either select from our existing product models (in different colors or sizes, etc.), or design a completely new one based on your ideas.
2. Share Your Ideas
Before making any payment, please reach out to us at info@whimzypet.com, or leave a message at the contact form below. Tell us your thoughts and specific details so we can create something special just for you.
3. Make A Down Payment
Once we’ve discussed your design, a down payment of 40% of the total price will be required as a deposit to begin the crafting process.
4. Stay Updated
Throughout handmaking, you’ll receive updates on our progress. We’re here to answer any questions and make sure everything meets your expectations.
5. Final Confirmation
Upon completion, we will email you pictures of the final product for your review. If you’re satisfied, we’ll ship it out after receiving the remaining payment.
6. Share Your Story
If you and your furry friends are loving our pet furniture, show it off in our Facebook group! Share your pics, chat with other pet lovers, and swap pet stories. Let’s make some new friends!
